Specialties
Although Mr. Gold's assignments have ranged from high-rise apartment buildings to vacant land, he currently specializes in the appraisal of foreign missions and consulates, loft and garage buildings, small office buildings, single family town houses, cooperative and condominium units, and apartment buildings within NYC.

Clients
Ronald Gold has prepared reports for a variety of clients including such corporate giants as General Motors, Time-Warner, and CitiCorp, to name just a few, and for the governments of France, Ukraine, Canada, Sweden, Colombia, Namibia and the Bahamas. In the Caribbean, Mr. Gold has completed several appraisals since 2000 for private clients in the British Virgin Islands and Aruba for matrimonial, estate and insurance purposes. He has also prepared reports for matrimonial disputes, estate tax purposes, and business dissolutions for law firms, accounting firms, private investors, municipal and state courts and as well as for other governmental agencies.

Qualifications
Ronald M. Gold prepares to testify in Bankruptcy Court. In 1986, Mr. Gold qualified as an expert witness for the New York State (NYS) Attorney General's Office. In 1991, New York State seal Mr. Gold was one of the first 300 appraisers to become Certified as a General -- Commercial and Residential -- NYS Real Estate Appraiser. He holds License No. 460000000713. Mr. Gold, who is a recent past (1999-2000) President of the NYC chapter of the American Society of Appraisers, is also a Licensed NYS Real Estate Broker.
